We note the RNS by the company after hours yesterday in which they have, finally, accepted the validity of our EGM requisition. We make all shareholders in PFP aware that we understand the reason for the initial rejection served on the 20th March 2018 is because it was not, incredibly, addressed to the “info@pathfinderminerals.com” email address. The AoA’s state clearly that electronic service is valid and our own legal interpretation of this basis of rejection, ad verbatim, is that it is “ludicrous”. Patently the Board received the initial EGM request by virtue of their pompous “purportion” RNS of 21st March.

Accordingly, we believe that the initial service date of 20th March remains valid and we have also requested a register of members. If the company does not call the EGM by the 11th April (being 21 days from valid service receipt) we will call it ourselves. Wheels are in motion in this regard.

A full EGM supporting document will be put out by us in the days ahead detailing the abject failures of the current Board and why we believe we can move the company forward in ALL shareholders interests.
